Key: When leaving the hotel. please leave your IC card key at the Reception Desk
for the safety of your key and your room. ¡öRoom light: Insert the IC card into
the light switch at the doorway to switch the light on and take out the card to
switch the light off. The switches on the control counter at the bedside can be
turned on and off at any time. ¡öTelephone: The telephone number is the same
as the room number for those above the 10th floor ,the telephone number for those
below the 9th floor is "2"followed by the room number. You can have
local telephone call free of charge in the room. For IDD and DDD calls ,please
go through the formalities at the Cashier's Desk in the lobby. ¡öTV program
and film: Cable TV program and Satellite TV program are available. Paid film show
can be ordered and that will enter the guest's room account. ¡öAir Conditioning:
Central air conditioning system is adopted in the hotel. The temperature adjuster
is provided in every room at three grades. ¡öOutlet power: The outlet power
is supplied with both 110 and 220v in the bathroom For the use of the hairdryer,
please contract the House Keeping Department. ¡öDrinking Water: Electric thermos
is provided in every room. The tap water can be drunk after boiled. ¡öMini-bar:
Mini-bar in every room provides drinks and snacks which will be for your room
account. If you need more, please contact the Housekeeping Department. ¡öIce:
please contact Our Housekeeping Department. ¡ö Laundry:
Tust put the clothes to be cleaned and pressed into the laundry bag and give it
to the room attendant with the washing list. For general service, the clothes
collected at 11 am and sent back before 18:00pm the same day. For express service,
the clothes can be sent back with in 4 hours (Business time:8:00am 14:00pm; with
additional 50% service fee). ¡öMessage Service: For leaving messages to the
call-in guests, please contact the operator; for leaving messages to the visiting
guests, please contact the information Dest. ¡öWake-up Service: Please dial
9 to contact the operator and arrange the wake-up time. ¡öExtrabed Service:
For this service please contact the Reception Desk. ¡öBabysitting Service: please
contact the Housekeeping Department for this service 3hours in advance. The hotel
will provide considerate service to your baby. ¡öVisitors are asked to register
at the Fllor Service Desk and leave the hotel before 10:00 pm to ensure the safety
of guests and the hotel. ¡öPet: Pets are not allowed in the hotel. ¡öComplimentary
Shoeshining Service: For this service, please put your shoes in the box under
the luggage rack and contact the Housekeeping Dept. ¡öBorrowing of special facilities:
We serve faciloties for room service. such as hair dryer, iron board get. if you
need them, please contact the housekeeping Department or the room attendant on
your floor.
